Dear friend,
by inviting you to come to the Island this summer, we're looking forward for a week of simple life in the Nature charged with positive experiences.
The daily routine fosters 3 main activities:
- meditation and yoga
- work in the open air (Karma yoga)
- free time and rest
The daily schedule - 4.30 - 7.30 light Hatha Yoga, Meditation, morning hymns, Satsang
- 7.30 - 8.30 Breakfast
- 8.30 - 12.00 Karma yoga
- 12.00 - 16.00 Lunch & free time
- 16.00 - 17.30 Karma Yoga
- 18.00 - 20.00 Meditation, Arati, evening prayers & Satsang
- 20.00 dinner
What is needed to join in?Sharing the expenses for the food (if you can).Besides this, a sleeping bag/mat and white dresses to practice are going to be useful!

Leaving behind Bacchus, tobaccus, Venuses and roastbeefes grant open acces !

August in Elba is considered HIGH SEASON, by ferryboat 1 panda e 2 passenger cost 75€.
The price pro passenger is 12,70€.
You can leave your car at the seaport parking places, which by the way are very expensive too: around 20 € per day.

The blog think, that all together easier should be coming by train.
ARRIVAL IN PORTOFERRAIO:on Sunday the 1st August, ideally through ferryboat Toremar leaving from Piombino at 14.30, 15.30 o 16.30. Once in Portoferraio we'll
take you by car for the final stretch of route.
LEAVING THE ISLAND: On Sunday the 8th August,we'll leave together on the ferryboat Toremar departing at 9.00 from Portoferraio. Ofcourse if you have coincidences which require a sooner leave you'll be facilitated in that sense.
